Paddock Spraying
Spraying is an important part of paddock maintenance. Weeds are guaranteed to appear at some point, but can be effectively controlled with the use of selective herbicides. Weeds such as docks, thistles, ragwort and buttercups can soon overwhelm grass leys, so its important too keep on top of the issue early on, before it gets out of hand.
Amenity and Sports Spraying
Keeping sports pitches in a weed free state is vitally important. We use high-precision, GPS guided machinery to apply selective herbicides and fertilisers to an array of sports surfaces, including bowls greens, cricket pitches, football and rugby pitches, golf courses and even campsites, enabling optimum weed control.
Paddock Topping
Cutting or topping a paddock is an essential part of managing your pasture, especially if horses are the predominant grazing species. Regular topping helps to maintain a good quality grass sward which has many benefits for both your land and your animals. We also offer a paddock rolling and harrowing service to help your paddocks recover from winter poaching.
